Drama in the Making Working Record

Item 2 – Monologue

My duologue came from me watching show and seeing little kids having to struggle and constantly having to move houses as there life is in danger either because there is war or they just cant afford to live in there houses any more also i had to discard one scene as my partner decided to do a monologue which was ibby the characters that appeared was me the child and ibby the dad.

we did this because sadly the mum past away the details that we decide to use  was to make the kid young so he didn’t really under stand much but had a brief idea about what was going on also we made the little boy have a attachment which was his toys which made it hard for him to move houses as they where the only thing that he had to remand him of his child also his mum.

the age of the boy was 6 but he wasn’t a rich kid as his family was living of benefits so he had minimal toys which he treasuredlike gold. I developed this by the image of a Syrian dad losing every that was special to him which was his wife.

i developed the character that i played by watching little kids struggling with out there parents or with just one of them and how kid can effect the kids life as the parents play a big role in younger kids life as they look up to them as there role model. I didn’t base my story my on a particular person or story as me and
my partner made it up of the top of my head which was extremely effective as it was an idea that hasn’t been used or already seen before.

My character came from Syria because there quite a lot of poverty there and a lot of children get lost which cause them to get separated away from parents because war or them having to scavenge for food which could also separate them from there family/friends.

This is Your Online Domain

Hello and welcome to your personal online journal.

Edutronic has been created to enhance and enrich your learning at the London Nautical School. Its purpose is to provide you with an audience for your work (or work-in-progress) and you have the choice (by altering the ‘visibility’ of your posts) of whether your work on here is visible to the world, or only to your teacher.

Anything you post here in the public domain represents you and thus it’s important that you take care with that decision, but don’t be afraid to publish your work – as the feedback you may get from people at home, your peers and people from around the internet is only likely to enhance it.

Remember you can always access your class blog and all manner of resources through the Edutronic main website – and by all means check out the sites of your peers to see what they’re getting up to as well.

If you have any questions for your teacher, an excellent way to get an answer is to create a new private post on this journal. Your teachers are am notified of any new posts and will reply swiftly to any queries.

Make the most of, and enjoy this new freedom in your English learning!
